Run Block Market on-campus campaigns: tabling, putting up flyers, handing out cards, organizing campus interviews, etc.

Make informational talking head videos, food reviews, etc. About 3 videos per week. Cash bonuses based on video performance.

Research growth strategy and the viability of Block Market at other universities. Source menu data and dining hours.
